By using I Love The Smiths AI, you agree to these terms and the acceptable use policy. You must be legally able to use the service and have permission for every photo you upload.

Independent creative tool

This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by (500) Days of Summer, its cast or distributors, or The Smiths. Film and band names describe the recognizable scene and creative trend only. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads, requested edits and sharing do not infringe intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other rights.

Accounts and acceptable inputs

Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Upload exactly two authorized adult portraits for the video workflow. Do not attempt unauthorized access, abuse the API, bypass safety controls, upload malicious files or use the service for deceptive impersonation.

Credits and sandbox status

Credit packs are one-time digital purchases in USD when live payments are enabled. Credits are granted only after authoritative payment confirmation and are consumed at the displayed generation cost. Credits are not cash, cryptocurrency or a stored-value financial product and cannot be redeemed for money except where a refund is approved or required by law.

During the current development stage, Waffo checkout operates in sandbox mode and Fal model submission is disabled. Sandbox orders are tests, not live purchases. Do not rely on the preview as a finished production-generation service.

AI output and availability

Generative results may contain inaccurate identity, motion, lip synchronization, hands, sound or other artifacts. Review outputs before use and label them as AI edits. We may suspend unsafe use, update model providers or change availability. Confirmed failed generations return the generation credits consumed by that task.

Liability and consumer rights

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes non-waivable consumer protections or liability that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for reviewing and lawfully using your output.
