This policy describes information handled by I Love The Smiths AI at ilovethesmithsai.app.

Information we collect

We process account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers and sign-in logs. When you prepare or generate a video, we process the two photos you upload, their role assignments, task settings, generation status and resulting media. We also maintain credit balances, orders, refund records and first-party conversion events used to secure and improve the service.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts, deliver transactional email, process sandbox or live payments, prevent fraud and abuse, generate and store requested videos, restore tasks, provide downloads, respond to support requests and maintain required financial records.

Service providers

The application uses Cloudflare for hosting, database and media storage; Google for optional authentication; Resend for account and recovery email; Waffo for hosted checkout, signed payment notifications and refunds; and fal.ai for AI processing when live generation is enabled. The current development release does not submit photos to fal.ai. Payment card details are handled by Waffo and are not stored by this application.

Retention and security

Account, task and media records are retained while needed to provide task history, downloads, support, security and legal records. We use access controls, server-side permission checks and encrypted secret configuration. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may use email registration instead of Google login. You may request access, correction or deletion of your account and uploaded media by contacting support. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting or law.
